This article is dedicated to a politician, governor and just a good man with a capital letter, and his name is Gordeev Alexei Vasilyevich. His whole life is a continuous work and a constant rise up. This great man is the recipient of many awards. His life is full of political posts, and his work is extensive and difficult.

A bit of chronology

On March 12, 2009, a resident of Russia, Alexei Vasilievich Gordeev, became Chairman of the Government and Governor of the Voronezh Region. And earlier, from 1999 to 2009, he was the Minister of Russian Agriculture, combining this position with another - the Deputy and right hand of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. A little earlier (in 1998), Alexei Vasilyevich was Deputy Minister of Russian Agriculture, but in addition he managed to cope with the duties of the head of the economics department and acted as a rather significant member of the collegium of the Ministry of Agriculture. In 1992 he was appointed to the position of deputy head of the local district administration.everyone's favorite Lyubertsy district, located in the Moscow region, and stayed there until 1997. Later he headed the NSD (National Judo Union) (2003-2009), and in 2004 (and until 2009) the Russian Judo Federation itself. He was awarded the title of Honored Economist of the Russian Federation, he also has the highest degree of Doctor of Economics. But that's not all! This talented person is a corresponding member of the State Academy of Russian Agricultural Sciences. And all this is one person - Alexei Gordeev. Voronezh and other Russian cities should be proud of him.

About the life of Alexei Vasilyevich

He was born in a military family in Frankfurt an der Oder (according to other sources, in Cottbus), and this significant event happened on February 28, 1955. He lived in the GDR for a little over two years, and at the age of 3, Alexei Vasilyevich Gordeev, together with his family, went to his parents' homeland, to the Kasimovsky district of the Ryazan region, or rather, to the village of Uryadino, where he lived up to 7 years. After some time, they moved to Magadan, where the boy studied (secondary school No. 1). After graduating from school, the future governor Gordeev Alexei Vasilyevich entered the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers, choosing a rather narrow speci alty: "Construction of railways, tracks and track facilities." After graduation, in 1978, he went to serve in the Soviet Army. Note that Aleksey Vasilievich Gordeev distinguished himself there too: he received the rank of officer of the railway troops of the Khabarovsk Territory. All this thanks toactive participation in the construction and creation of the Baikal-Amur Mainline. Returning to Moscow, he continued to contribute to the development and beautification of the state and got a job as a senior foreman of the then well-known SU No. 4 of the repair and construction trust of the Moskvoretsky district.

Later, in 1981, the hero of our story changed his activities a little and changed his place of work. He went to work at the Ministry of Fruit and Vegetable Economy of the RSFSR, where, after working for two years as a mechanic, thanks to his enthusiasm and diligence, he became the head and head of the building and timber materials department. And four years later, in 1985, Gordeev Alexey Vasilyevich was even appointed to a higher post - deputy head of department, which was another important leap "up".

Work, work and work again

In 1986, he was appointed to a rather interesting position: he became deputy chief for the production and distribution of containers and material and technical supply of the State Agroprom of the RSFSR. After a short period of time, Alexei Vasilyevich becomes a deputy and a good friend of the general director of the logistics of the Moskva plant.

But Alexei Gordeev did not stay here either. His biography says that two years after he was appointed chairman of the PTO "Agropromservice" of the "Moscow" plant, Alexei Vasilyevich became the general director of "Agropromservis" (1991).

Frommechanics in deputies

Thanks to his personal qualities and exceptional hard work, after graduating from the Academy of National Economy in 1992, he is appointed to a position that he could not even dream of. He was offered the post of deputy head of the local district administration of the Lyubertsy district. From the APR (Agrarian Party of Russia), this hardworking man ran directly for the State Duma, but, without being registered, he could not participate in the elections. From 1997 to 2004, Alexey Vasilyevich occupies many different posts:

• Chief Head of the Department of Economics and quite a significant member of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Russia (1997);
• Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Food (1998);
• Minister of Agriculture and Food of Russia (August 1999);
• Minister of Agriculture in the government of M. Fradkov (2004).

Not a second of rest

In early 2003, Gordeev became president of the National Judo Union, and in 2004 he was president of the Judo Federation of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he was re-elected, but in 2009 he left in connection with the post of governor. October 2007 turned out to be interesting - Alexei Vasilyevich headed the list of candidates for deputies of the State Duma of the fifth convocation from the Ryazan region, but resigned. In March 2009, he became the governor of the Voronezh region at the suggestion of President Medvedev, instead of Vladimir Kulakov, whose term had expired by that time. Gordeev expressed a desire to combine the work of the chairman of the regionand governor, and officially took office on March 12. And the vacated post of Minister of Regional Agriculture was immediately taken by Skrynnik. In 2011, Alexei Vasilyevich again headed the list of deputies from the Voronezh region for the elections to the State Duma, but, as expected, refused the deputy mandate. According to the latest data, he was appointed by the current President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the temporary execution of the post of governor, since his term of office has expired.

Awards

• In August 1997, Alexei Vasilyevich was awarded the medal "For Services to the Fatherland" of the second degree.
• At the end of March 1999 he became an Honored Economist of the Russian Federation.
• The Order of Honor was received in December 2001.
• In February 2005 he was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, third degree.
• In September 2008, he received the legendary order, which is awarded to few - "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the fourth degree.

Gordeev also received medals "For labors in agriculture" and "In memory of the tercentenary of St. Petersburg." And this is only a small part of the complete list of all awards, in fact there are many more, up to the insignia from the President of the Russian Federation himself.

Gordeev Alexey Vasilyevich: family

The current governor is married to businessman Gordeeva Tatyana Alexandrovna, whom he met at the institute. They studied at the same faculty, but in differentgroups. They have been married for 30 years. At the moment they have two children - a daughter and a son (both are already adults and, by the way, both are lawyers). The son of Gordeev Alexei Vasilievich, Nikita, followed in his father's footsteps and became a deputy of the Ryazan Regional Duma, he is also a very significant member of the budget and taxes committee, and in addition, the owner and manager of many companies that are engaged in agricultural business. Gordeev's income for 2009 as a whole amounted to more than four million rubles.

Hobbies

Aleksey Vasilyevich loves equestrian sports (he has his own horse), swimming and skiing. Currently running his own blog. Alexey Gordeev is a wonderful person and leader of our country. More people like that!
