Faster, higher, stronger

In 2004, a new champion appeared in Russia - Dmitry Nosov. His biography was marked by another bright moment. Then, being a student of the Academy of Civil Service of Russia, Nosov goes to the Summer Olympics in Athens. The first fight - and the first victory. Nosov managed to defeat the Japanese Tomuchi in a duel. Before the next fight, they tried to dislodge the self-confident Russian from the fighting spirit. Happy judogi had to be changed to the usual Olympic. The referee seemed to have insufficiently long sleeves in Nosov's clothes with the letters RUS on the back. However, the fighting spirit lies not in clothes, but in character. And Dmitry wins the duel with the Italian Meloni.

The victory in the quarter-finals over the rival-Brazilian brought Nosov to a fatal meeting with the host of the games - the Greek Iliadis. After such a dizzying success, Dmitry was accused of "star fever". To this he replies: “I have more opportunities, I can change a lot for the better, work more productively.” And indeed it is. Nosov is the deputy chairman of the public council under the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, the head of his own judo school and an active promoter of a he althy lifestyle, a deputy of the State Duma of Russia and a member of a public organization in support of the Olympic movement. The reasons for the divorce from Maria are unknown to the press. Dimitri talks a little about his first family. However, he notices that the divorce went without conflict. In September 2010, Nosov and Dannik got married. The celebration was modest and did not last long. Soon the second daughter of a judoka, Darina, was born.
