Early years
Busygin Konstantin Dmitrievich was born in a military family on December 11, 1965 in the Uzbek capital, the city of Tashkent, where his father served at that time. Head of "Kalashnikov"
In 2012, Busygin Konstantin Dmitrievich was appointed to the position of General Director of the Izhmash Research and Production Association, which has now become a concern"Kalashnikov". Return to civil service

In 2014, he returned to public service, having been appointed head of the Federal Agency for the Development of the State BorderRussian Federation. The Kazakh city is on a long-term lease (for 50 years) from Russia. The Russian city administration and law enforcement agencies operate in Baikonur. Kazakh authorities and law enforcement agencies have their own special representatives in the city. The population of the city is about 76 thousand people, of which more than 60% are citizens of Kazakhstan, about 37% are Russians.
The first steps of the new leadership of the city were the improvement and development of engineering infrastructure. For the first time in Baikonur, the population and other consumers received natural gas.
