For modern people, falling under the definition of "outrageous" is one of the ways to attract public attention to your person. It is often used by show business stars, who are distinguished by non-standard and even sometimes scandalous behavior that can cause an ambiguous reaction from society.

Still, the concept of "outrageous" is something from the category of modern art that can surprise people and bring them aesthetic pleasure.
