Vladimir was born on December 25, 1947 in Moscow. From 1966 to 1967 he was a student at the Faculty of Translation at the Morris Thorez Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. Vladimir was offered the position of head of the ORT TV channel, but he could not refuse Oleg Dobrodeev, a man he had known for a long time, he was confident in his friend. But Boris Berezovsky caused him doubts. The most important thing in this story is that Vladimir Petrovich does not regret it a bit. After all, he soon had a position as an information service columnist and traveled all over the world.
