The hero of this article is a successful dancer, choreographer and director who took part in many dance projects, among which the most significant was the show "Dance!" on Channel One. In his thirties, he has already managed to work with teams of such popular stars as Nastya Zadorozhnaya and Sergei Lazarev, in whose ballet he danced for several years, and, finally, become the groom and even the secret husband of the famous TV star Ekaterina Varnava.

Childhood

The biography of Konstantin Myakinkov began in the city of Penza on April 11, 1987. With his birth, our hero joined the galaxy of glorious people from this city. Such as our contemporaries - Pavel Volya, Anton Makarsky, Irina Rozanova, Timur Rodriguez and Sergei Penkin. In more distant times, the famous theater director, actor and teacher Vsevolod Meyerhold and academician Vasily Klyuchevsky became natives of Penza, and the great Russian poet Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov spent time in Penzaprovince all his childhood.

Almost nothing is known about any details of Konstantin's childhood and parents. In the Myakinkov family, he was the first-born, and a few years after his birth, his younger sister Ksenia was born.

The boy's first love happened at a fairly early age. And dancing became that love.

Education

Deciding that it would be best to continue his son's professional training in choreography in Moscow, his parents sent him to their relatives in the capital. So the talented schoolboy Konstantin Myakinkov for the first time in his life discovered such concepts as independence, responsibility and the hardest work of a dancer.

After graduating from school, he continued his dance development, in 2004 becoming a student at the Faculty of Modern Choreography of the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts.

Dancing

Going to the second year of the university, Konstantin became a member of the newly created dance project Proud. This ballet differed from other dance groups in its non-standard choreography with the use of acrobatic elements and the variety of genres and styles used. The first performance of Konstantin Myakinkov as part of Proud took place on November 16, 2006 on the stage of the Variety Theater.

WithinFor the next two years, Konstantin, together with the show group of this ballet, took part in the filming of such television programs as "New Year's Light", "Cabaret 100 Stars" and "Marathon:" We Come from Russia ", worked with such artists as Pelageya, Elena Kukarskaya and Piotr Dranga, as well as at various presentations and exhibitions.

In 2008, while still a student, Myakinkov left the Proud ballet and made his debut as a choreographer, creating several dance numbers for the NTV television project You Are a Superstar.

Becoming a certified graduate of the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts in 2009, he joined the ballet troupe of the popular singer Sergei Lazarev. In parallel, Konstantin continued his career as a choreographer, acting as a dance director for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, as well as the annual TV show "MUZ-TV Prize".

In 2015, Myakinkov became a finalist of the project "Dance!" on Channel One (below in the photo). However, according to the results of voting, he lost the victory to another participant.

Participation in the dance competition "Dance!" became truly fateful for Konstantin Myakinkov. Here he again met with Ekaterina Varnava, the host of the project, whom he had already met before, having taken part in the filming of the popular TV show Comedy Woman in 2013. Catherine performed one ofthe main roles, and at the same time was the director-choreographer of the project. Myakinkov also performed with dance numbers in between scenes.

Barnabas

Ekaterina Varnava, just like Konstantin, has been seriously involved in choreography since childhood, dreaming of becoming a famous dancer in the future. However, a back injury ended her dancing career.

Then there was KVN, where the producers of the TNT channel noticed a characteristic spectacular brunette, a few years later inviting her to a new comedy project Comedy Woman, where her skills in choreography also came in handy. This show was the starting point for her career. Very soon, she began to be invited as a host to various television projects, and then to shoot in such series as "Deffchonki", "Happy Together", "Univer" and "Sasha-Tanya".

By the time of the meeting with Konstantin Myakinkov, Ekaterina Varnava was already an accomplished TV presenter, actress and star of Comedy Woman.

Starting a relationship

Having met Ekaterina again in the project "Dance!", Konstantin was imbued with an unprecedented sympathy for her.

Once after filming, he offered Barnabas a lift to her home. In the car, they started talking, and the girl was surprised to find that a handsome young dancer off the stage can be a simple guy with whom it is very interesting to communicate.

The next day Konstantin sent her a message:

If you get out early tonight, I'll pick you up and we candrink coffee…

So began their relationship. And already in October 2015, during their joint tour in Germany with the Comedy Woman show, Konstantin Myakinkov asked for the hand of Catherine Barnabas, to which she agreed.

Already on November 29, 2015, the couple could be seen in the project “Where is the logic?” channel "TNT". Despite the fact that they were under the guns of television cameras, the communication between Konstantin and Ekaterina was distinguished by tenderness and mutual warmth.

In the same year, the couple went to Penza, where Konstantin introduced Ekaterina to his relatives. As the dancer's sister Ksenia later recalled, looking very arrogant and arrogant on the screen, Barnabas turned out to be a very simple and sweet girl in life.

Couple Life

Since then, Varnava and Myakinkov began to live together. Catherine immediately warned Konstantin:

I don't cook at home, the laundry is washed by the machine, the steamer irons, and once a week a specially hired person comes to clean up. Are you satisfied?

Being a person of a completely opposite warehouse than his chosen one, Konstantin Myakinkov diplomatically agreed, while maintaining his own opinion about what their family life should be.

They themselves call each other brutal romantics. They are alien to candlelight dinners orfloor strewn with rose petals. They prefer to fool around, dance and go on vacation. However, from time to time, without any reason, a bouquet of flowers or morning coffee in bed suddenly appears on Ekaterina's night table.

The tastes of Myakinkov and Barnabas do not intersect at all, and therefore it is even more interesting for them to be with each other. They are united by a love of dancing and traveling, and, as the girl admits, Konstantin is very similar to her dad. He, like her father, once again made her feel weak and protected by a man.

Marriage

As Myakinkov himself admits, his marriage proposal to Catherine was completely simple and banal. He handed his bride an engagement ring without any curtsy and kissed her.

It happened in 2017. Then, for almost a whole year, the topic of the TV presenter's marriage was discussed in the media. However, no specifics happened, everything was limited only to rumors and speculation.

In reality, Konstantin Myakinkov became her husband in an atmosphere of exceptional secrecy. He and Ekaterina Varnava got married in Germany, on the shores of a beautiful lake, in the presence of only the closest friends and relatives.

Since then, on Konstantin's personal page in one of the social networks, the column "Marital status" reads - "Married to Catherine Barnabas".

2018

Now Myakinkov is stilla sought-after dancer, constantly appearing in musical numbers and video clips of many stars and in popular TV projects. He teaches the club direction at the Maximum Dance school in Moscow and is practically inseparable from Ekaterina Varnava.

Before, the life partner of Konstantin Myakinkov, who was more like a bundle of nerves, has become calmer and softer. According to him, now he can even write the book "One thousand and one way to tame Katya Barnabas".

Without an agreement, the couple came to the conclusion that in the life of every person the most important thing is the family, and everything that happens within their family concerns only the two of them.
