Syumar Victoria Petrovna was born and lived for a long time in the Dnepropetrovsk region in the city of Nikopol. Her parents worked at the factory, the family did not have much income. She was born in 1977 on October 23. Victoria is the only child in the family. She grew up in the Vinnitsa region, and all her life she dreamed of studying at a higher educational institution and getting a good education. She lived with her parents in a small two-room apartment, which they received through work at a sugar factory, where they were known as good and diligent workers.

Victoria Syumar, as mentioned above, dreamed of studying and a good education, but did she have any difficulties on the way to her dream? Yes, there were difficulties, but they were not related to Victoria's performance at school. She studied excellently, spent her school years in the library, where she prepared for various olympiads in various subjects. How Victoria Syumar overcame difficulties and got an education

After all, today you can’t go anywhere without him, and even more so in politics.” The answer indicates that the successful and beautiful Victoria Syumar today (pictured above) was previously a modest girl who tried to achieve her goal by all means. How did she manage to raise funds for education? It turned out that when Victoria was 16 years old, her parents' family was replenished with one more member. No, it was not a child, but a cow! They milked her, made various cheeses, sour cream and cottage cheese from milk, and the girl, waking up early in the morning, caught a minibus or bus, went to the market to sell dairy products, because she had to earn money for training. So, despite any natural conditions, she spent her days trading. Thus, the dream of a capable student came true - she was educated at the Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. Then she studied at the graduate school of the Institute of History of Ukraine.
