Zinaida Slavina has played many roles in the theater. In the early 80s, Yuri Lyubimov emigrated from the country. This was a severe shock for Zinaida Slavina. As the actress later admitted, she literally melted before her eyes, ended up in the hospital, dying of pain and resentment. For her, the image of the master was akin to godlike. The fact that Lyubimov left the theater is like betraying both the actors and friendship.

New artistic director and recovery

Thanks to the arrival of the new artistic director Anatoly Efros, life in the theater sparkled with new colors. He helped Zinaida return to her previous course, breathed into her confidence, faith, hope. The first role with the arrival of Efros for Zinaida was Vasilisa from Gorky's drama "At the Bottom". All positive energy, strength and emotions had to be thrown out on the stage in order to return to the previous course. After Perestroika in 1993, there was a scandal at the Taganka Theater. The troupe was forced to leave the theater and move to a new one under the direction of Nikolai Gubenko. Slavina was no exception.

Movie roles

Soon the relationship cracked - Nikolai fell in love with Inna Ulyanova, whom he later married.

Zinaida Slavina met a new love almost immediately after the breakup. Her chosen one was a man named Boris, he had nothing to do with the acting profession, he worked as a simple engineer. The acquaintance of young people happened in the hospital, where Slavina ended up after a nervous breakdown due to Lyubimov's departure abroad.

According to the memoirs of actress Zinaida Slavina about her personal life, her future husband was threatened with disability. His limbs were damaged, doctors recommended moving only in a wheelchair. When Zinaida was told about this, she was not afraid, on the contrary, she fell in love with the young man even more, she wanted to fight for his life, for recovery.
