Pikalov met his wife, Nelly Uvarova, at work, where they both played in the same performances. Constantly colliding at rehearsals, they slowly looked at each other and became friends. But the relationship of a romantic nature began a little later, on the set of the series, the prototype of which was the series Ugly Betty. Here he acted as the director of the project. Already now, the romance between him and actress Nelli Uvarova, who played the role of Katya Pushkareva, the ugly but very smart assistant to the president of the Zimaletto company, was developing by leaps and bounds. The couple in love tried not to advertise their nascent relationship. They didn't want anyone around them to even guess what was going on between them.

There will be Sunday dinners, joint vacations, trips to museums and theaters, and, finally, the birth of children. At one time, there were even rumors in the party about Uvarova's pregnancy, but none of their spouses gave a single comment about this.

Sergey Pikalov, whose photo can be seen in various glossy publications in recent years, was sure that a loving wife should cook dinners, do housework and raise children. The girl was very kind and funny. She worked as a costume designer, in connection with which she often turned to producer Pikalov on various issues. And that made me very happy. Quite quickly, the relationship from business grew into a romantic one. And after a very short period of time, the girl became pregnant. Sergei was very happy and practically blew off dust particles from Nastya, fulfilled her every request. Someone from the film crew secretly shared with reporters that as soon as Sergey found out about the pregnancy, he immediately took off his wedding ring.

But despite all the joy and hope for a happy future, SergeyPikalov, whose personal life at that time was of interest to almost all admirers of Nelly Uvarova's talent, did not want to share the news of a new relationship with anyone. He didn't even say anything to his family. But in the film crew, everyone saw how the eyes of lovers burn when they see each other.
