Ezgi Eyuboglu is a young Turkish actress and model. She is known to Russian viewers thanks to the television series "The Magnificent Century", where her character was Aibige-Khatun, Bali Bey's lover. Her acting career began in 2006 with the filming of the television series Dangerous Streets.

Biography

Ezgi Eyuboglu was born on 1988-15-06 in the city of Ankara (Turkey). The actress will turn 30 this year.

After school, she entered the State Conservatory, opened at the University of Hacettepe (Ankara) and successfully graduated from it. Ezgi Eyuboğlu studied classical ballet at the Mimar Sinan University of the Arts in Istanbul for two years. Then she entered the course of "dramatic art" at the University of Hacettepe.

Model and actress career

Initially, Ezgi Eyuboglu pursued a modeling career. In 2001, she participated in the Elite Model Look and became a finalist. In 2003, she competed for the title of "Miss Turkey", but could only take second place. Since 2007, Ezgi could be seen on variousfashion shows, the girl also took part in the filming of music videos. From 2006 to 2008, he played one of the roles in the TV series Dangerous Streets. Work in this project was one of the first in the acting career of Ezgi Eyuboglu.

In 2011, she was cast as Aibige-Khatun in the famous television series The Magnificent Century. This heroine appears on the screen in the second season of the project. The third part of the series also starred the young actor Gyurbey Ileri, whom Ezgi met for two years. In the TV movie, he played the role of the eldest son of Gyurem and Sultan Suleiman - Shehzade Mehmed.

One of the latest works of the actress is the television series "Rights to the Throne of Abdulhamid" (2017), in which she plays the role of Melike-Askhen.

Princess Aibige in The Magnificent Century

In Russia, the TV series "The Magnificent Century" has become very popular. One of the leading roles in the second and third seasons of the TV project was played by Ezgi Eyuboglu. Her character is the Crimean princess Aybige, who is a close relative of the mother of Sultan Suleiman I the Magnificent. The young girl came to Turkey because there was a war going on in her homeland. Having settled in a harem, she takes an active part in all events. Despite the fact that the Valide Sultan loves his relative very much, Aybige takes the side of Alexandra Anastasia Lisowska. At the court of the Sultan, the young princess meets Bali Bey, whose image was displayed by Burak Ozchivit, and falls in love with him. As their relationship developed, viewers followed with enthusiasm. At the end of the war in Crimea, Aibige returns to his homeland.

Personal relationships

For two years, Ezgi met with popular Turkish actor Gurbey Ileri. Their acquaintance happened in 2011, when they both played in the TV series My Heart Chose You. But very soon their relationship fizzled out. There were rumors that Gyurbey and Ezgi were married, but in fact this information was not true.

In the second half of 2014, on the set of the series "Her Name Is Happiness", the actress met Kaan Yildirim. The novel lasted a whole year. At the beginning of August 2015, a young man madeto his beloved an offer that she did not refuse. In September, the couple announced their engagement, and in May 2016, the wedding of Ezgi Eyuboglu and Kaan Yildirim took place.

Wedding and honeymoon

The marriage ceremony took place on May 14, 2016 at Esma Sultan's mansion. The newlyweds did not want to arrange magnificent festivities, and only close friends and relatives were invited to their celebration.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Indonesia and Singapore. However, the newlyweds could not go on a romantic trip immediately after the wedding, as both were busy in the filming process. But as soon as the last scenes of the series were filmed, Ezgi and Kaan went on a long-awaited vacation - together.
