For emergencies, you need to purchase a mobile push-button phone with charging (since smartphones are quickly discharged, so they are of little use in emergency situations). A compact radio with the ability to listen to FM or VHF waves will also come in handy.
A simple paper map (preferably a detailed one) and a compass will also be needed: any equipment, including a navigator, can fail.
An emergency case is an extremely important item not only for military personnel or employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
