Nadezhda Tsapok was famous for the tragic events in the Krasnodar Territory in 2010. The village of Kushchevskaya with a population of 35 thousand people for a long time responded with pain in the hearts of Russians. The simultaneous death of twelve people, including four young children, revealed a terrible layer of problems of the settlement, as if it had been delayed in the gangster nineties. What is known about the biography of a businesswoman?

At the time of the tragic events, the woman headed the Arteks-Agro agricultural holding, one of the largest in the country. Little is known about her life. A local resident, Nadezhda Tsapok, had a brother with a criminal record. He was a professional "katala" until he involved his sister's husband, Victor, in fraudulent affairs. In the late 1980s, relatives started buying meat. They bought it at state farms and resold it, later "Uncle Kolya", as Nadezhda's brother was called, created a cooperative for the production of self-adhesive moldings.

Two sons grew up in the family - the eldest Nikolai, born in 1975. (name indicates thatthe criminal was in honor of the sister), and Sergey, born in 1976. Their childhood years fell on the 1990s, when their uncle and father laid the foundations for the future organized criminal group.

Sons

Even at school, the brothers, under the influence of "Uncle Kolya", put together a criminal gang. They were thugs who knew no pity. They drove around the area in cool cars, intimidating local residents, beating and raping those who came to hand. When the ROVD tried to put things in order, it turned out that the majority had certificates, and the guys "at the top" had enough intercessors. Impunity led to the fact that by 1998 the gang already included 70 people, and they were engaged in robberies, "bombing" local merchants and farmers.

When the police department nevertheless took up the bandits, using not always legal actions, the head of the district immediately called a commission from Krasnodar, and the active policemen were either fired from the bodies or called for discipline. In 2000, Nadezhda Tsapok, whose biography is inseparable from her family, together with her husband invested in a local grain farm, artificially turning it into a bankrupt. Fraudulent schemes involved the prosecutor's office, the administration and the police department into the orbit of big money. The woman turned out to have an entrepreneurial talent, and soon she begins to manage all financial affairs. And when the authorities try to intervene in the situation, sons come to the rescue. So, in an unexpected way, before checking the documentation of the Stepnyansky state farm, a fire broke out, licking all the evidence with a tongue of flame.

The death of Nicholas

In 2002,Nikolai, there is a serious clash with police officers who ended up in the intensive care unit after being beaten. Tsapok saves only a certificate of the presence of a serious mental illness. In October of the same year, a killer's bullet ends the life of the leader of the organized crime group. According to one version, the tragic events of 2010, when the family of the farmer Ametov was shot, is Tsapkov's revenge for the death of Nikolai.

November 4 was not chosen by chance. It was then that the elder brother was buried. The investigation could not solve the contract crime for a long time. Only today it became known that this is the work of Vadim Palkin and his entourage, the same young gangsters. Nadezhda Tsapok experienced the death of her son so hard that many considered it possible for her personal participation in the massacre of the Akhmetovs. But this fact was not revealed by the investigation.

Legalization of activities and "flourishing" of Sergei Tsapok

The gang after the death of the leader did not break up, but on the contrary, strengthened its position. Sergey turned out to be at its head, striving to bring organized crime groups to a legal level. There was a merger of business and crime. In 2009, the younger Tsapok created the Centurion private security company, openly engaged in racketeering, guarding Arteks-Agro lands and intimidating competitors. The agricultural enterprise, headed by Tsapok Nadezhda Alekseevna, was one of the largest and most efficient companies. She owned land alone - 17 thousand hectares. The federal and regional budgets supported the enterprise by allocating gigantic subsidies for development. Within just one nationalmore than 8 billion rubles were transferred to the project.

The local press has repeatedly devoted laudatory stripes to the agricultural holding, whose livestock farm daily supplied 24 tons of milk (25-26 liters from one cow). Against the background of the economic crisis, the enterprise regularly paid a salary of 10 thousand rubles, created more and more new jobs. This allowed Sergei Tsapok at one time even to be elected a deputy of the local council, to be a member of the council of young deputies of the region. In 2006, he defended his thesis in sociology. It seemed that life favored the Tsapkas. Everything changed on a November day in 2010 after the bloody events in the house of Server Ametov, when 12 people became victims of the gang. During the investigation of the tragedy, 6 people appeared in the dock, led by Sergei Tsapok. In 2013, the latter was sentenced to life imprisonment. Nadezhda Tsapok was a witness in the case. Her youngest son did not have a chance to spend a long time in prison - a year later he died in a pre-trial detention center. Heart failure was cited as the cause.

Last Judgment

Tsapok Nadezhda remains in the view of the residents of Kushchevskaya the informal leader of the organized criminal group. In the course of the work of the special commission, fraudulent schemes were uncovered for her family to appropriate the Stepnyansky state farm. The mother was also prosecuted. The first court for misappropriation of a subsidy of 15 million rubles issued a guilty verdict. Nadezhda Tsapok was to spend 3.5 years in prison. But the verdict was soon overturned due to proceduralviolations. A second trial followed, where the prosecution again demanded the same term. In the course of the investigation, more and more new facts were discovered. In December 2014, the woman was again sentenced to six and a half years. On the combined basis of the two charges, the final sentence was seven and a half years. Two of her assistants were also punished.

Nadezhda Tsapok, whose photo is presented in the article, at the beginning of the trial was under house arrest. Since 2011, she has been serving her sentence in colony No. 3. Outwardly, she gave up a lot. It was not a self-confident, beautiful lady who entered the hall for the sentencing of the last case, but an elderly, tired woman, whose hair was gathered in a bun. Unpainted gray hair, cheap earrings, a crutch, without which she could not move, could only cause pity.

Until the last moment, Nadezhda Tsapok pleaded not guilty, believing that she had been set up. She was charged with illegally received 15 million rubles and sentenced to a fine of 500 thousand. Interest in her personality aroused the desire of filmmakers to create a film based on real events. In 2013, the series "The Village" was released, where Nadezhda was played by the wonderful actress Nina Usatova. Her gaze alone silenced those around her.

TV viewers could see in Novosti how in the courtroom the real Nadezhda Alekseevna stopped everyone by shouting: "I myself." Interestingly, the husband was in the case solely as a witness.
