September 2010 shocked the world with the brutal murder of Swedish girl Elin Krantz. Photos taken at the scene of the events, and sow the day, horrify most of the population of this country. And the saddest thing is that the killer turned out to be the one whose rights the girl defended throughout her life.

And they can be understood here. But there are also those like Elin Krantz who promote the mixing of cultures. Unfortunately, it is only at the last moment of her life that she learns what her desire for tolerance can lead to.

Elyn Krantz: biography

Despite the great interest in the girl's personality, a lot of information about her was hidden. In particular, Elin's parents insisted on this, as they did not want to make their daughter's personal life public.

It is only known that Elin Krantz was born in the Swedish city of Gothenburg. Here she lived her entire short life, enjoying the small joys of life and socializing with friends. In the same city, she graduated from high school and entered the university, where, in fact, she found her like-minded people.

Elin Krantz's personal life is otherwise a complete mystery. Even on her Facebook page, there is practically nothing left, except for a few photos and posts on the wall.

Struggle for equality in Sweden

There is much more information about her social activities. So, Elin Krantz was an ardent fighter for the rights of immigrants in Sweden. At the same time, she had a similar desire for tolerance from an early age, but her parents do not know what exactly prompted her daughter to such a worldview.

Together with like-minded people, she created a special Facebook page called"We like variety." Most of the material published on it is devoted to respect towards other races. The guys called for cordiality to people from the Middle East and black people. And this is not all that the girls from this group offered to do.

Their main goal was to promote the idea of mixing different cultures. And for this, in their opinion, any methods are good, including sex. A vivid proof of this is the video called "Mix", the content of which, to put it mildly, is slutty.

Perhaps such antics of girls would have been left without due attention if it were not for the tragic events that happened to Elin.

Eline Krantz: a story that struck the whole world

No wonder they say that fate has a rather specific sense of humor. This time, she demonstrated the veracity of this statement, and in a rather cruel way. And it all happened on September 26, 2010 in Elin Krantz's hometown of Goteborg.

That day, the girl was relaxing with her friends at a local club and, of course, stayed there until late. It was almost five o'clock in the morning when she went outside, but instead of taking a taxi home, Elin took the first tram that came up. This was the fatal mistake that sealed her fate.

It was here that the killer noticed her and chose her as his victim. When the girl got off the tram, he followed her. Having reached the park, the guy, like a wild animal, attacked her from the darkness. In what he did there was no hint ofcompassion or humanity: he not only raped Elin, but also stoned her to death. And even this did not stop him: according to doctors, the girl's lifeless body was abused for a long time.

Having finished his bloody deed, the killer hid the corpse under a pile of stones in the hope that it would not be discovered. But his aspirations did not come true, and soon the bitter truth surfaced. Fortunately, the Swedish police quickly figured out the killer using local surveillance cameras. However, the name of the perpetrator was kept secret for a long time, hoping to avoid the resonance that it can cause among the people.

Who was the killer?

Light on the murder of Elin Krantz was shed by Anders Lander, member of the Swiss Parliament. As it turned out, he was a dark-skinned native of Somalia who came here in the hope of a better future. This is where the irony and tragedy of this story lies: a girl who fought for the rights of immigrants died at the hands of one of them. And she was not just killed, but brutally mutilated and raped.

But even more shocking is that the killer is only 23 years old and had a wife and two children. What is true, Ephram Johannes (that is the name of the criminal) has never been distinguished by exemplary behavior and sincerity. He was an ordinary loafer, unwilling to look for work and living on one allowance. And it was just such an inhuman that 27-year-old Elin Krantz was killed.

The end of the story

The trial went pretty quickly, and Ephram got… 16 years in prison. Many consider such a measure of punishment too lenient, given allthe circumstances of the case. But the judge's decision is not subject to appeal.

Where sadder is that the case of Elin Krantz never taught anyone anything. Naturally, some became thoughtful, but these were only a few of the population of this country. As for Anders Lander, who revealed the whole truth, he had to listen to a bunch of dirt from the lips of fighters for equality for a long time. Say, it is the person who commits the murder, not the nationality. Alas, only time will tell where such a policy will lead Sweden and who was right in these frictions around the country's multinationality.
