Vadim Andreev: biography of a star

The actor was born in Moscow in a family of ordinary people who had nothing to do with the world of cinema. His birth took place in 1958, at a time when children were not yet familiar with computer games and smartphones, but spent time in various circles and on the street. Vadim Andreev acquired a passion for the stage in elementary school, when he first appeared in the theater. He was happy to study at the theater studio that worked at the House of Pioneers, participated in performances.

Having received a certificate, the young man spent some time working as a machinist of the assembly shop. However, this was not the position that Vadim Andreev aspired to. The biography of the star says that he immediately quit his job at the Moscow Theaterdolls, as soon as he entered VGIK. The guy received his diploma in 1979.

Movie debut

Many actors love to share with the press and fans the memories of how long and difficult their path to fame was. However, Vadim Andreev does not have such an opportunity, because the very first appearance on the big screen gave the beginning actor popularity. Of course, we are talking about one of the most famous paintings of the actor - "Troublemaker". The tape was filmed by Vladimir Rogov in 1978.

In "Troublemaker" a young man played Pyotr Gorokhov, who came to Moscow from a remote village to get an education. Thanks to a simple and good-natured guy, his dorm neighbors remember what true friendship is. Film shooting

Immediately after the presentation of "Troublemaker" to the public, Vadim was forced to go to the army, as his studies were completed. Fortunately for the guy, the local authorities were delighted with the comedy and the main character,therefore, he was not loaded and was readily released to shoot. Vladimir Rogovoy liked working with a novice actor, he offered him the main role in his next film. So Andreev turned into Sanya Fokin, playing in the musical comedy “Sailors Have No Questions.”

Having appeared in two successful films, the actor did not lack roles until the 90s. However, for a rather long period, he remained a hostage to the image created in his debut film. The directors saw him as a good-natured simple guy, offering appropriate roles. In the 80s, he starred in such famous film projects as "The Married Bachelor", "Carnival".

Crisis of the 90s

The 90s brought with them difficult times for the national cinema, which Vadim Andreev fully felt. The filmography of the star did not acquire a single bright picture during this period. However, the actor did not give up, temporarily switching to voice acting for commercials and film projects. Dozens of heroes of foreign films speak in his voice, he has voiced popular cartoons and television series. Vadim laughingly says that he even achieved the title of the official voice of Bruce Willis, who praised his work with the Die Hard film series.

21st century roles

In the new millennium, the public again gets the opportunity to recall the existence of such a wonderful actor as Vadim Andreev. Filmography of the star of the 70-80s. begins to actively replenish popular series. To the joy of the artist himself, the pastyears free him from the role of a naive and ingenuous guy. Various images begin to trust him, ranging from brutal colonels to cunning figures of the underworld.

Private life

For many years, the actor has been faithful to his wife Galina, who became his wife immediately after the release of "Troublemaker". Interestingly, it was on the wedding that he spent the first fee.
