Becoming

In the fall of 1995, the President of Belarus approved the organizational procedure and deployment of explosives. To improve combat performance and improve the quality of management, the Public Order Guard Corps was formed. This part included formations and groups responsible for order on the streets and a mobile mechanized brigade. General Slaboshevich became the commander of this unit.

The expected result of the reformation and formation of the Internal Troops of the Republic of Belarus was the presentation of military banners and relevant letters to units and formations (May 1998). The solemn events were attended by: State Secretary Sheiman, Minister Agolets, General Sevakov, veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. On the banners handed over, words flaunt, symbolizing the main activities of these units: "Duty, Honor, Fatherland." In the late 90s, explosives were transformed into a single well-coordinated body for all levels of professional training.
