Olga Shelest has been one of the most cheerful and smiling radio and TV presenters for many years. She took the first steps on her creative path on the MUZ-TV channel. But she didn't stay there long. We were born to make a fairy tale come true

So, on January 23, 1977, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, on a frosty day, tiny Olenka Shelest saw the light. It was here that Olya spent her childhood and youth. She graduated from art school with honors. In 1994, Olya arrived in the capital, the hero city of Moscow, and entered the Moscow Humanitarian Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting. M. A. Litovchina. To be completely frank, she really wanted to enter VGIK. But it just so happened that Olga Shelest was late for the entrance exams. To say she was upset is an understatement. Six months pass, and Olga Shelest leaves this channel. She failed to find a common language with the program director. After some time, a casting took place in her life again. Only already on a completely different channel - "STS". After all the formalities were settled, Olga Shelest began her career as the host of the Musical Avenue program. A little later, a new position followed on the NTV-plus music channel.

We only work as a team

During her third year, she was invited to BIZ-TV. And after another year of work, news appeared about the creation of the MTV-Russia channel. Having thought everything over very carefully, host Olga Shelest moved there in a friendly company together with her entire film crew.

The issue of living space, which spoils people so much, Olga decided very quickly. She lived with her aunt for about a year. Subsequently, having received a job, she began to rent an apartment.

The widespread fame and huge success came to Olga after their working duet with Anton Komolov arose. Together they were the hosts of the Cheerful Morning and Gimlet Rule programs. To this day, this couple is a living classic of the good old MTV. And five years ago, Olga and Anton again worked in a show that was dedicated to the 90s.

After the change of leadership at MTV, the team of "old" VJs left MTV in its entirety. Olga Shelest started working with"grown up" NTV. She became the host of various programs and even began filming in the series.

In tandem with Komolov, they also worked on the Zvezda TV channel. In addition, the guys often receive invitations to host a three-hour daily show on Mayak radio. Their duet is really successful.

Starting a relationship

Olga Shelest met the man of her dreams in her third year. It was 1998. The BIZ-TV channel contributed to the birth of their feelings. At that time, Alexei Tishkin was a young and ambitious producer on the TV channel. To date, he has already reached certain heights: he has fully taken place as a successful director, producer and screenwriter. Olya almost instantly tuned in to the same wave with this man. Alexey Tishkin and Olga Shelest began their communication very unobtrusively, slowly. But soon a beautiful romance began.

From the "Circus" to the Olympic flame

Olga Shelest's work schedule in recent years is not just very busy, but full of events and programs. In a difficult and responsible struggle, she won the super bowl in two projects - "Circus with Stars" and "Circus on First". Olga Shelest, whose films are shown on television, starred for the first time in Dmitry Grachev's film "The Bride at Any Cost". She took a direct and active part in the Russian dubbing of the cartoon "Ice Age-3: The Age of the Dinosaurs." She won the Radiomania award in the nomination "Best host of a program, show".

Love, family, marriage

And here is Alexei - just the same person who came to Olya in a dream. They have a lot in common. And Olga really appreciates the kindness and sense of humor of her chosen one.

They lived in a civil marriage for 15 years and were in no hurry to the registry office in order to legitimize their warm relationship. Young people decided for themselves that marriage with stamps will not make them even happier.

However, despite their common beliefs, Alexei Tishkin not so long ago made a marriage proposal to his beloved. It remained to wait for Olga's answer. And she always said that she was very lucky with her soulmate. Behind Alexei Tishkin, every day she is like behind a stone wall. Shelest is sure that if some kind of failure or trouble happens at work, she will easily give up her career in order to devote herself to her family. She will not lose, because Alyosha will be able to earn much more than her.

And finally the X-hour came: the couple officially registered their marriage in 2014.

After the presentation of Alexander Oleshko's charity albums to support the Podari Zhizn Foundation, Olga came in a dressfree-cut black, which, however, did not hide a small neat tummy, articles appeared in the press that Olga Shelest was pregnant with her second child. Long before the birth, she and Alexei Tishkin thought about his name.

Olya guaranteed her colleagues and fans that she was not going to sit long on maternity leave with her second baby. She vowed to get back to work very quickly. And so it turned out. The TV presenter did not deceive people's expectations. Before little Iris had time to celebrate her first month of life, the Shelest family returned to Russia from America in full force. Olga immediately threw all her strength into the workflow.

All her life Olga Shelest has been experiencing a huge craving for unusual names. The biography of the presenter confirms this: she once admitted to journalists that she always experienced tension and irritation because Olya was always next to her in large numbers. In one of the conversations with girlfriends, the girls found out that they were also not happy with their names. So there was a game consisting in inventing new interesting names for themselves. Now she recalls this with a quiet homely smile, but then it seemed to her a particularly significant event in her life.

Nevertheless, being pregnant first with her first and then with her second daughter, Olga longed to call them rare, unworn names. And this is for herturned out great! Olga Shelest, whose children have very unusual names, is reputed to be a fairly advanced mother. In 2013, in one of the clinics in New York, a baby, who was named Muse, saw the light. And most recently, in August 2015, baby Iris was born there.

During her career, which has been going on for sixteen years, TV presenter Olga Shelest has radically changed her image more than once. From the original, eccentric tomboy girl, she turned into a refined elegant lady. Today she closely follows the latest fashion trends and prefers exclusives from Igor Chapurin and Yulia Kalmanovich. Yes, and sometimes she tries to model and sew something. I’m sure that if I didn’t work as a presenter, I would definitely get a job at the London Fashion Institute - travel around the world and create my own trends.
