Beginners especially appreciate the resort of Vung Tau, in the east of the country. The climate of Vietnam in November and December will allow all those who are hesitant on the board to improve their skills on the quiet waves.

Vietnam people love and know how to have fun. Both ancient religious and modern secular holidays are celebrated here with pleasure. The most memorable sights can be enjoyed at the time when the country celebrates the New Year. This holiday lasts for four days. It falls on different dates each year between January 20th and February 20th.
