In 1997, the advertising company became the property of the ORT channel, and Badri Patarkatsishvili, the new financial director of ORT, became its general director.

The company "Premier Film", created by Lisovsky, became the founder of the Association to Combat Video Piracy and was the first in the country to start purchasing licensed products, initiating the formation of a legal media market.

Since 2004, Lisovsky has been representing the Kurgan Region in the Federation Council,issues of agrarian and food policy and nature management, being the first deputy chairman of the relevant committee.
