Safety of rational environmental management is provided by environmental programs that are associated with the development of society in socio-economic terms and are conditioned by it. Also important here are the issues of he alth protection and the creation of favorable conditions for the natural reproduction and livelihoods of the population of present and future generations. Environmental programs should ensure the environmentally friendly activities of all structures of human society.

This is the foundation on which all environmental programs are built, since they are always aimed at creating favorable and safe conditions for the life of mankind.

Environmental security is a part of state security, where constitutional, economic, defense, information,food, political, economic and other in all areas of the functioning of the state. Ecological programs have a multi-layered character - they are both sources of impact on the environment, and programs that solve issues at the national level, passed through individual enterprises and municipalities, through the subject of the Federation to the country level, and even take on a planetary aspect.

Goals

The main goal of environmental programs is the security of sustainable development of society in a favorable environment, in comfortable conditions for increasing the population and its livelihoods, to ensure the protection of biodiversity in natural resources, in the prevention of man-made disasters and accidents.

How to ensure environmental safety is solved by tasks defined for each level. Only their complete solution - purposeful, systematic and comprehensive - will move the society to achieve its goals.

Urbanized areas

Reproduction and use of natural resources should be accompanied by ensuring the environmental safety of each region. This is especially true for urban areas. The implementation of environmental policy is constantly improving its tools - legislative, administrative, managerial, technological, technical, educational and educational. Technogenic load on the environment and humans in areas of particularly unfavorable ecology should be reduced and brought to safe levels.levels.

The existing systems for managing environmental safety and protecting the environment of cities should function effectively, as well as create new ones. There are environmental programs, according to which the population must be satisfied with the needs that are of key importance for life: drinking water, quality food. Recreational facilities should be maintained at a high quality level, there should be established: collection, safe transportation, storage and processing of industrial and domestic waste, high-quality disposal should be carried out. In addition, a system of warning and protection of people is needed in constant readiness in case of emergencies - natural or man-made, in case of accidents and disasters of an ecological nature.

Priorities

The sphere of environmental protection requires the restoration of all natural complexes. When creating such control systems, it is necessary to take into account the conditions in adjacent territories. The environment requires constant monitoring, as well as the he alth of the population. Enterprises with transboundary pollution should be relocated. This is exactly what the Federal Law on Environmental Protection provides for.

In addition, the polluted areas of cities must be constantly rehabilitated, park and forest areas should be expanded, and the number of green spaces in squares in all their diversity should be increased. UT ecosystems must achieve sustainability, which requires ensuring the use of nature's resources in an extremely economical way, and also requires the implementationdeveloped resource and energy saving policy.

Federal Law

FZ on environmental protection in the section that talks about the rehabilitation of the he alth of people exposed to industrial enterprises that affect environmental pollution, prescribes the creation of systems that help the population with environmentally caused diseases. Existing risk groups living in certain areas with environmental pollution have the right to targeted prevention of diseases caused by the environmental situation. The immediate tasks set by environmental programs and projects in Russia are to develop an industry that produces high-quality food products, as well as the production of therapeutic and prophylactic food supplements. Principles

All principles relating to ensuring the issue under consideration are based on the policy of the Russian Federation and its environmental safety, which is reflected in the relevant Regulations of July 12, 1996, as well as on the Environmental Doctrine of the 2001 project. The regime of mutual responsibility has been established and enshrined in law at all levels - from local government and state bodies of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation to federal nature protection bodies, which are responsible for the general state of natural resources and the environment, for the implementation of existing and development of new measures that ensure environmental security, for their financial fullness and resource.

Priorities

Environmental safety is a priority when urban planning, engineering, industrial and any other projects of a regional or territorial scale are developed and implemented. Also, priority is given to the problem of environmental protection and, in general, environmental safety as the main risk factor that adversely affects the he alth of the population. These priorities must combine economic, regulatory and administrative management of nature protection activities in order to ensure the complete safety of the population.

Environmental restrictions and standards are moving towards greater rigor, cost-benefit assessments are being introduced, and environmental motivations are dominating the process of making any managerial decisions. First of all, measures are taken to ensure the safety of territories with already bad environmental conditions ("hot spots"). The problems of environmental protection are solved step by step in accordance with the set goals: short-term, medium-term and long-term. Environmental deterioration must be prevented.

Projects and programs

The program "Every Drop Matters" is an initiative in collaboration with the UN, this 2005 project is being implemented in Europe and the CIS. Mission - to provide permanent and long-term access to drinking fresh water resources. The basis of the Russian part of this program is the protection of Lake Baikal. Local ecologists are en titled to targeted grants to carry out projects for the conservation of natural resources, including the organization of tourist routes that are civilized.

In 2012, the BonAqua brand was the leader in solving these problems. More than twenty local projects have been supported and implemented, including "Clean Coast", "Baikal Trail" and others. On the shores of the world's deepest and cleanest lake, household waste was collected, cultural recreation areas were created, and ecological trails were built and repaired.

"Black Sea Box" and other projects

In 2013, a project was launched with a set of educational materials on geography, fauna and flora of the Black Sea basin. And now it is a huge help to the lessons of ecology in schools. In 2014, the second version of the project was released - "Climate Box". For many years the Black Sea Day program has been implemented in Sochi, Anapa, Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik. The coast is cared for by volunteers, of which there are already about two thousand people. In 2014, more than twelvetons of garbage on the coast.

"Bear Patrol" - 2008 project. The polar bear is the unspoken symbol of the Coca-Cola Company and one of the most beautiful animals on earth. In this case, the company helps to preserve the bear population on the territory of the Russian Federation, especially since a third of them live on our Arctic coast. Coca-Cola is also working hard on the issue of recyclable plastic.
