Although he has a spacious private office, he, like everyone else, rents out clothes in a common wardrobe.

The best doctors work in the institution, Tetyukhin gathered them from all over the country. Treatment at the expense of patients is expensive in the hospital, the regional government allocates money for only 1,500 operations. This, of course, is not enough, but the center does not receive from the federal budget, since it is a non-state institution. Vladislav Valentinovich writes letters asking for help with paying for a large number of operations, because he understands that a simple resident of the Urals does not have that kind of money.

Nizhny Tagil is grateful to the philanthropist for his skill and kind heart, for his restlessness in his advanced years, for his ability to withstand difficulties and the desire to fight them. The hospital is just a gift for Nizhny Tagil residents. The center works in several areas: diagnostics, various operations, prosthetics, recovery and post-rehabilitation.

The clinic does not exist on its own, it is a whole separate element of the city with its own infrastructure. Medical buildings and houses for doctors, a hotel where patients can live, special devices for the movement of wheelchair users. Rehabilitation is perhaps the most important thing that excites the CEO and all the staff. Therefore, for the recovery of patientsthere are two centres.
