Ivan Alekseev is a Russian singer and composer who works under the pseudonym Noize MC. In his music he combines two styles - hip-hop and rock. The name of the group comes from the English word noise - "noise", it is this concept, according to Ivan, that most accurately characterizes the style of his team.
Childhood
Ivan Alekseev (Noize MC) was born on March 9, 1985 in the small town of Yartsevo, located in the Smolensk region. The artist's father was associated with art, studied music, and his mother worked at a chemical plant. At the age of nine, Ivan survived the divorce of his parents and wrote his first poems. The first musical hobbies appeared at the age of ten, then Ivan Alekseev entered the local music school (class of classical guitar). In 1997, together with his mother, he left for Belgorod. It was there that the performer received his first awards in the musical field - in 1998 and 2000 at the competition of classical guitar performers.
Ivan took his first steps to create his own group at the age of 13, having independently assembledMusic band. At the age of 15, the musician joins the band Rychigy Mashyn as a bass player and backing vocalist. According to Ivan himself, the Prodigy group, popular in those years, had a huge influence on the style of his work. The track Diesel Power prompted Noize MC to write rap. Later, together with a classmate, Ivan Alekseev created the Face2Face group, which is popular on the Internet.
After graduating from secondary school, Ivan moved to Moscow and entered the Russian State University for the Humanities. Face2Face disbanded due to his move.
Students. First serious steps
Ivan Alekseev (Noize MC), whose biography is rich in interesting facts, lived in a university dormitory and took up solo performance. In the first years, the musician organized his group Protivo Gunz, playing in alternative directions, and it was then that most of the texts that are currently popular were written. In the senior years in the life of the singer there were many club hip-hop competitions with prizes, Ivan's group performed in the Moscow region at various venues.
At the age of 20, the musician became the host of the Snickers Urbania project. He earned this right by defeating MC Molody in the battle of hip-hop artists. For the next two years, Ivan traveled with a new team with tours throughout Russia, and with the money he earned he was able to record his material in the studio. In 2006, in the summer, the Respect Production label signed a contract with the musician as a solo artist.
In May of the same year, Ivan Alekseev moved from the hostel toa rented apartment on the Old Arbat, arranging impromptu concerts in the city center.
First video clip
In September 2006, the Respect Production group won the All-Russian Urban Sound competition and got the opportunity to shoot the first video clip as a prize. After much debate, one of Ivan's early compositions, "Song for the Radio", was chosen. The clip gets on the MUZ-TV channel and on the DFM radio station, where it will last for four months.
Six months later, by decision of the channel, the clip was re-shot, and the director was Hindrek Maasik, who worked with the bands "Banderos" and "Disco accident". In the frame of the clip throughout the song there are half-naked people whose intimate places are covered with signs with the inscription "Noize MC", and this video reaches the fifth place in the top chart of the MUZ-TV channel.
Signing a contract, first album
On a symbolic date, Friday the 13th, in 2007, Ivan Alekseev signed a contract with Respect Production and a division of Universal Group in Russia. At the same time, Noize MC won the competition on the Internet portal Hip-Hop.ru, beating about three thousand Russian-speaking performers from all over the world.
A few months later, in the summer of 2007, Ivan was invited to one of the main roles in the film "Joke", where Vanya was supposed to play a young guy from the eleventh grade, who is fond of music and moved to Moscow after the death of his parents. Ivan was also responsible for the soundtracks in this film.
Second video
The second clip of Noize MC was filmed for the song "Behind the closed door". The track contains the motives of the song CHIZH - "Eternal Youth", elements of black humor and irony characteristic of the performer. According to the plot, this is a story about a band playing in the rock direction and suddenly becoming popular. The video was in the top ten songs of the MTV channel in 2007, and the song was in the rotation of such radio stations as Next FM, M-radio.
The union of Ivan Alekseev and Universal Group lasted a little less than a year, in May 2008 Noize MC terminated the contract and began to independently promote his label. A month later, the debut album “The Greatest Hits vol. 1" which was voted "Album of the Year" by major print publications.

In the winter of 2012, Noize MC announced the release of two records at once next year - in honor of the tenth anniversary of Protivo Gunz with the re-release of old tracks and an album with rap tracks. On April 10, the video clip "Pool" was released into rotation, and the next day the albums were available on iTunes.
April 2013 was filled with a concert tour. On the 6th and 7th there were two concerts in Minsk, on the 25th - in Kyiv, then there were concerts in Russia - in Krasnodar, Moscow, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Abakan and Kazan.
The fourth album - "Confusion", was released the day before the official date - October 28th. On the Internet, songs from the album became available for download four days earlier - on October 24.
In November 2013, Ivan was a special guest in the freestyle duel "The Word".
At the end of 2013, on New Year's Eve, MTV aired a forty-minute segment from Noize MC's tenth anniversary concert.
In September 2014, Ivan Alekseev released his sixth album. It is called "Hard Reboot" and includes tracks performed in collaboration with the Americanby Astronautalis.
In the fall of 2014, MTV channel included Ivan Alekseev in the top five nominated for the title of the best Russian performer.
In November of the same year, Ivan Alekseev (Noize MC), whose personal life remains a mystery, played in the musical "Juliet and Romeo" based on the novel of the same name. The performer got the role of a drug dealer who sold a magical elixir that brings happiness to the person who drinks it. Despite the fact that Ivan has no acting education, the director of the musical noted his acting skills by visiting the Noize MC concert.

In January 2015, a new video for the song “Tearing the Leash” was released. This track was recorded as a soundtrack for the movie Shaggy Christmas Trees. All the money collected from the sale of this track on the Internet was sent to the Sunflower Charitable Foundation.
March 9, 2015 Ivan turned 30 years old. He celebrated his birthday with two big concerts in St. Petersburg and Moscow. The day after the birthday, the video for the track "Robots" was released.
On March 20, a new repackaged album was released, which includes songs such as "Jordan" and "Tearing the Leash". The album also includes several new mixes and rewritten old songs.
In April, Ivan Alekseev took part in a total dictation, where he acted as an announcer. The dictation took place at the native institute of the performer.
In June 2015, a new video for the track "Talking Heads" was released. The video was filmed in an unusual place - in the "Changeling House" onAll-Russian Exhibition Center. Premiered on A-One.
In August, Noize MC showed a new performance format. The concert was held in Moscow, in the Muzeon park of arts, in the open air. In September, the band again supported the Sunflower Charitable Foundation by performing a concert, which was broadcast on the website afisha.ru.
In October, the film “Keep My Speech Forever” was released, which tells about the life of the poet Osip Mandelstam. The main soundtrack for the film was Ivan's song "Save my speech", which combined the poems of the poet and the text of Noize MC.
In November, the premiere of the concert program “Make Sam Noise” took place in St. Petersburg and Moscow, the main single of which was the track of the same name.
November 13, a new collection "Kustik" was released, consisting of selected songs in acoustic performance. To select the songs, the band's fans were involved, who voted on social networks for their favorite Noize MC songs for a month. Together with the selected songs, the single "Merin" was released for the first time.
14 November 2015 Noize MC performed as the opening act for Limp Bizkit in Orenburg. On November 19, Noize MC won the Hip Hop of the Year award. The award ceremony took place as part of Music Box 2015 on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace.
