From November 2010, the park changes its status and becomes a municipal budgetary institution. Intensive restoration of the territory, attractions and buildings begins. In the same year, large-scale construction of a bridge across the Ob River began. Upon its completion, it turned out that the bridge divided the territory of the Bugrinskaya Grove park into two parts.

A new playground was built, as well as places for public events. Recreational and sports grounds have been reconstructed. The lighting system has been significantly upgraded. The lighting network has significantly expanded, now it is based on LED elements, which not only improved the brightness of the light, but also saved a lot of money on electricity.

It should be noted that the beach is currently in the process of being developed, and the infrastructure is not yet developed at all. Despite this, in summer it is practicallythere are no free places, and everything is occupied by people swimming or sunbathing on the sandy beach. In the future, the beach area will be improved, it is planned to build shops and cafes, as well as open rental offices for various equipment for recreation on the water and on the beach itself.
