Vladimir Aleksandrovich Kolokoltsev is a native of the village of Malye Serdoby, which is located in the Penza region. Date of birth: May 11, 1961. From childhood, the future head of all policemen demonstrated outstanding abilities.

He composed poems and drew with pleasure. The boy went to a sambo circle, played hockey with passion in winter, and volleyball in summer. In his youth, Vladimir Kolokoltsev became interested in music. He picked up a guitar and performed songs by Vladimir Vysotsky, Andrei Makarevich and Yuri Antonov. Sitting at his desk, the future minister dreamed of a career as an investigator. But at the initial stage of life, fate decreed otherwise.

After school

Having received a matriculation certificate, Vladimir Kolokoltsev gets a job as a locksmith in the Nizhnelomovskiy district association Selkhoztekhnika, and a few months later he became a driver at the Vlast Truda plywood factory. But the young man did not work out with a career at this enterprise either.

Conscription

First steps in professional career

Career advancement

After studying, Kolokoltsev returns to the capital, where he continues his career already as an operative of the Kuntsevsky District Criminal Investigation Department. After some time, he becomes deputy head of the 20th police department, and then he was entrusted to head the 8th police department.

In 1992, Vladimir Alexandrovich was sent to work in the department for solving murders of the UGRO department of the capital's police department. The following year, he leads the 108th department of the department.

Two years later, Vladimir Aleksandrovich is moving up the career ladder even higher, becoming the head of the regional operational-search bureau (ORB) for the SEAD of the capital, which was directly subordinate to the ministerial GUBOP.

At the beginning of the 2000s, Kolokoltsev was approved as head of the 3rd department of the ORB Glavka. Then there were more appointments: Vladimir Alexandrovich became an assistant to the head of the operational-search bureau, which was engaged in the fight against organized crime - the department was part of the structure of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central Federal District.

In 2007, by presidential decree, an experienced investigator was appointed head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Oryol region, where he successfully began investigating cases against local high-ranking officials.

Two years later, Kolokoltsev returns to work in the metropolitan metropolis, heading the Moscow police department.

In mid-April 2009, Vladimir Alexandrovich became the 1st deputy head of the department of the UGRO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and soon received the rank of "major general", and then, once again noting his high performance in work, he would be awarded the "lieutenant general "".
