Nigmatullin Elbrus: childhood
In the Chelyabinsk small village of Chubary in 1974, on March 30, a Russian hero, Elbrus Khamitovich Nigmatullin, was born. His father was also distinguished by remarkable strength, he worked in the forge. Mom was a homemaker and worked as a livestock breeder. In a simple village family, no one could have thought that a little boy would become a world famous strong man.
From the age of twelve, Elbrus Nigmatullin began to play sports seriously. In a small village, without exercise equipment and gyms, it was quite difficult. But if there is a desire, then a way out of any situation can be found. The guy found such a way out - he made his own gym at home from improvised material, fortunately, there are different irons in the yardThere were always plenty of Nigmatullins. At first, Elbrus is engaged in basketball, but then he realizes that his vocation is wrestling and weightlifting.
The village was too small for a boy who aspired to world knowledge. He used every opportunity for self-development. Studying in elementary school, Elbrus helped the village postman lay out magazines and newspapers. From them, he learned a lot of interesting things about sports and sports achievements, and soon he himself began to dream that he would become better than the famous world strongmen and be able to achieve excellent results in strength sports.
Nigmatullin's parents really wanted their son to stay in his native village, but the guy could no longer be kept. In 1991, he graduated from high school in Chelyabinsk and started arm wrestling seriously. In 1996, the already mature strongman graduated from the Institute of Physical Culture in the same Chelyabinsk and received the speci alty "trainer-teacher of physical education".
Road to Glory
If you want to know how to achieve the impossible, ask Elbrus - he knows exactly how to reach the intended goal, despite the obstacles. Despite his he althy appearance, Nigmatullin was not taken into the army. He was commissioned due to high blood pressure. Sending the guy home, strict doctors reported that his illness was so serious that without proper treatment, Elbrus would not even live to see his thirtieth birthday.
To say that the guy was upset by such news is to say nothing. He really wanted to serve in the army, he was ashamedin front of fellow countrymen, as if he did not specifically go to the service. But then Elbrus set a great goal for himself and began to go towards it, despite the illness. The disease receded before such an onslaught of willpower, at the age of 19 the guy became a master of sports in powerlifting.
The great athlete all his life greatly appreciated the opinion of his fellow villagers. When he appeared before their eyes with the first master badge, he was simply bursting with happiness and pride. At the age of twenty, Elbrus Nigmatullin received the title of champion of Russia.

Elbrus Nigmatullin: biography, personal life
The achievements of Nigmatullin Elbrus are undeniable, his life is worthy of respect and imitation. But how did his fate develop outside of sports and social activities? According to the athlete himself, he had absolutely no time for his personal life, but Cupid's arrow nevertheless pierced the heart of a rock man.
In 2013, on December 7, Elbrus married the thirty-one-year-old beauty Maria, who, after the marriage, took her husband's glorious surname. The wedding took place in Chelyabinsk, where the family of the world famous strongman now lives. Maria Nigmatullina has a daughter, Valeria. When my mother goes on business trips abroad, in which she needs to go 2 times a year, Elbrus takes care of the girl. The role of a father is quite suitable for him, now he can pay much more attention to his family.
