For a marginal, by definition, there can be no criteria by which we could evaluate his legacy. After all, he is out of time and situation. Therefore, it is very easy to take someone's quackery for innovation, and consider "a person from the future" to be insane.

This is the tragedy of the situation. It is very difficult for true prophets to reach out, and it is easy for false prophets to give incorrect, false guidelines. No, there are no clear criteria in both art and culture to determine the truth of a phenomenon.

The marginal is the one who accumulates, develops features of thinking, principles that will be adopted in the next generations. He is a kind of yeast on which a new image of humanity will rise. What is now considered extra-systemic, tomorrow may become the dominant opinion and norm of perception. But maybe not!

The meaning of the word itself suggests that this is a rather complex indefinable phenomenon that only our descendants can rightfully appreciate.
