Alena Toymintseva became famous thanks to her successful participation in the third season of the Voice project. By that time, the singer had prizes and diplomas from numerous international competitions, a good academic education. However, thanks to the appearance on the television screen, for the first time she was able to demonstrate her talent to millions of viewers. The girl does not chase fast fame and enjoys working in her unique genre, which is an eclectic combination of jazz, neo-soul, funk and gospel.

The biography of Alena Toymintseva contains many events: studying at a higher educational institution, work experience in Los Angeles, participation in many vocal competitions, filming in television projects. It's hard to believe, but a beautiful girl with a magnificent voice is only 25 years old. Alena was born in Nizhnekamsk, in Tatarstan, in 1992.

The girl's parents, Nikolai Vladislavovich and Marina Kimovna, were not professional artists. However, they were madly in love with music and encouraged their daughter's interest in it.

Alena Toymintseva's debut on stage took place at two and a halfof the year. Dad wrote a song for her about a traffic light, which the girl sang at a holiday dedicated to the day of the police. Alena herself remembers little about this, but a start was made.

At the age of seven, the girl begins to purposefully engage in vocals. The reason for this was the doctor's recommendation. Alena Toymintseva had asthma, and the pediatrician advised singing as a respiratory system exercise.

When the girl was in the eighth grade, she won the republican competition of young talents "Yoldyzlyk", which gave her the right to enter the Faculty of Arts of the Russian State Social University without exams. Alena Toymintseva instantly passed all school exams externally and went to the capital.

The girl's teacher was Larisa Koval, who did not limit herself to teaching Alena classical vocals. On her own initiative, she gives her lessons in jazz and pop singing, helping the native of Nizhnekamsk to develop harmoniously in different styles.

Not wanting to part with her beloved teacher, Alena Toymintseva transferred to Moscow State Pedagogical University when Larisa Koval began working in this venerable educational institution.

A diploma from a Moscow university was not enough for the girl, and she continued her studies in Los Angeles, polishing her skills at the Scott Riggs vocal school. In parallel, she worked in clubs, participated in competitions, auditions.

The most significant trophy was the first prize in the nomination "Vocal" at the world championship of arts. Besides,the universal performer managed to get "silver" in the categories "Rock", "Country", as well as "bronze" in the disciplines "RNB", "Soul", "Jazz".

The Voice show

Alena Toymintseva's parents enjoyed watching the TV show "Voice" and dreamed that their talented daughter would also take part in this project. Yielding to the persuasion of her relatives, she applied to participate in the third season of the popular program. Although she herself was skeptical about her chances, believing that the Voice format was not suitable for her.

As a song for "blind auditions" Alena chose the hit Sunny by Bony M, and decided to give the familiar composition a completely new sound, performing it in a jazz arrangement. Two members of the jury succumbed to the charm of the voice of a young girl at once - Leonid Agutin and Dima Bilan. Alena did not hesitate for long and chose a more seasoned performer as her mentor.

Toimintseva became one of the brightest participants in the project. The audience immediately fell in love with the fragile girl with a powerful voice. The joint performance of Alena Toymintseva and Anton Belyaev was especially successful, when they performed the immortal composition of Ray Charles Hit The Road Jack as part of a song duel. According to many, this number has become one of the best in the history of the project.

The show "Voice" has become an important stage in the girl's career. Photos of Alena Toymintseva began to appear on the pages of popular publications. She received the boost of confidence she needed and the fame she deserved.

In 2014, viewers got another opportunitywatch your favorite performer. The participant of the "Voice" danced in tandem with the figure skater Maxim Stavisky as part of the show "Ice Age".
