Fleeing from the German army, the rest of the Bulgakov family moved to Kramatorsk, where the girl graduated from a regular secondary school. The actress was a happy woman, as she was loved by various interesting and worthy men. Soon the beautiful daughter Zina was born, but Maya Bulgakova could not imagine herself as a mother. Her personal life was in the background, and the first was a career. Tragic death

In the autumn of 1994 there was a terrible car accident. The car, in which Maya Bulgakova and her colleague Lyubov Sokolova were, crashed into a lamppost at high speed. The driver of the car died on the spot, but the actresses were alive, so they were immediately taken to the intensive care unit. Five days later, Maya Grigoryevna's friend was discharged from the hospital. But, unfortunately, Bulgakov could not be saved, and she died on October 7. She survived her last husband by only three months and was buried next to him.
