The Vostochny Palace in Moscow is an additional education for children and teenagers. Paid, free clubs and sections are organized in the Palace of Creativity, which are aimed at uniting young people. Vostochny Youth Palace

Thousands of girls and boys gather every day in spacious classrooms and rooms, exhibition and concert halls, and a swimming pool in order to reveal their talents and abilities. Among the circles of the Vostochny Palace, the following areas are especially popular:

• Scientific and technical - classes in teleradioelectronics, initial technical modeling, paper design, and artistic design.
• Physical-sports - represented by a group of primary educationswimming, general physical training, judo, tennis, badminton, athletic gymnastics, as well as sports ballroom dancing and sports acrobatics.
• Military-patriotic - a club called Almaz.
• Sports and technical - rocket modeling group.
• Natural science activities are carried out in the astrophysical laboratory.

The palace was built over four years, from 1983 to 1987. Such well-known architects as I. Chalov and Yu. Konovalov participated in the construction of the building. As conceived by the architects of the project, they were supposed to build a small fortress, somewhat similar to the Kremlin, but with more simplified forms, as well as with a noticeable influence of Russian architecture, but not forgetting about modern examples of Western architecture. Before decommunization, the Vostochny Palace was called the Palace of Young Pioneers of the Perovsky District of the Capital.

Swimming pool

Special attention should be paid to swimming pools located on the territory of the institution. There are two swimming pools. Small has a width of 7 m, a length of 8 m and a depth of 70 cm, andlarge - 25, 12 and 1.7 m, respectively.

Groups for classes are recruited by different ages, both children from 4 years old and adults 17 years old can study here. In addition, there is a separate early swimming group "Swimming with Mom". He alth camps are organized for students of water sports clubs in the summer.

The building of the palace is located in Moscow along 1st Vladimirskaya street, house 20. You need to get to the Perovo metro station. Then walk for about 10 minutes or take trolley bus number 53 from the metro station "Shosse Entuziastov" to the stop called "Palace of Creativity".

It is known that Vostochny accepts children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 for budget departments. Paid sections exist for children aged 3 years and over.

Fun events

In the palace from October 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019, a multi-genre competition-festival is being held, in which pupils of educational organizations of the capital participate.
