Vincent Kartheiser is an American film and television actor, known for his roles in films and TV series such as Alaska (1996), Sins of the Father (2001), Angel (2002 - 2004) and others. Biography and personal life

Vincent Kartheiser (photo below) was born in 1979 in the northern United States, in Minnesota's largest city, Minneapolis. And he got his name in honor of the famous Dutch artist, Vincent van Gogh. His mother, Janet Marie, was a kindergarten manager, and his father, James Ralph Kartheiser, was a construction equipment salesman. Vincent became the sixth child in the family. He graduated from Apple Walley High School. And its family roots stretch from several countries at once: Germany, Poland, Sweden and Finland.

Vincent Kartheiser's personal life developed calmly, without scandals and divorce proceedings. In 1998, he dated American model and actress Rachel Leigh Cook for four months. Butin 2012 he met his true love - Alexis Bledel, another star of the Mad Men series. They got married two years later and had a son.

In 1996, Vincent Kartheiser received one of the main roles in Fraser Clark Heston's adventure film Alaska. He played fifteen-year-old Sean Barnes, who, along with his younger sister, went to the crash site of a plane piloted by their father. The next project brought him another leading role in Roger Christian's action comedy The Conspirators (1997).

In 1998, the actor was lucky to play a drug addict and petty thief named Bobby in Larry Clark's drama Another Day in Paradise. And in the same year, along with Kirsten Dunst, Gaby Hoffmann and Rachel Leigh Cook, he appeared in Sarah Kernokan's comedy Plot of Pranksters.

For those who want to see the new films with Vincent Kartheiser, the wait is not long. First, he can be seen as Raymond Geist in two episodes of the docudrama Genius (2017 - …), based on the life of the famous theoretical physicist Albert Einstein.

Secondly, the biographical thriller My Friend Dahmer (2017), about the life of American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, is due to be released this fall. Maybe a project called Most Likely to Murder will see the light of day, but, unfortunately, there is little information about it yet.
